This Bloody Mobile Computer can be found at an ironhead camp in the dark metro tunnels between Foundry and Core City. It belonged to a merchant who met Cornell's gang at Foundry and was subsequently interrogated by the faceless near Foundry. He fell prey to ironheads on his way to warn Cornell in Core City.

Acquiring this device and reading the recent memos is one way to learn about Cornell's involvement with The Cube. This is the only way to progress in the main questline if Buzzer didn't survive the faceless assault at Rail Crossing and the faceless near Foundry (or Hugo) died before their quest could be completed.

Additionally, this item mentions Phreak in its notes, allowing the player to ask Jon the Beautiful about him.

It was added in version 1.0.1.8.
