Cranium Basher is one of the Arena's many gladiators. One time he ripped the leg of his opponent off and used it to bash his head in. He had a match against Venator, but which of them came out as the winner is not revealed.

Cranium Basher is one of the possible Arena nicknames a male player character can end up with once they reach the rank of gladiator. Whether this indicates that the NPC is already dead and the player has inherited his name is uncertain.
