Disruptive field is a Psychokinesis psi ability added in version 0.2.0.0.
The chance to miss scales with the invoker's effective Psychokinesis skill, starting at 25% (0 skill) and increasing by 1% per 10/3 (3.333...) points of psychokinesis. Chance is capped at 85%.
