When you come to Leo's shack for the first time it seems, that no one is at home. If you try to open of the lockers inside, you will find Leo there. He will ask you to find his knife. As a reward he can teach you special feat - Echoing Soliloquy, which is going to be helpful when dealing with Tchort.
