Sarah Allene is a member of the Free Drones and the person in charge of their operations in Junkyard. If you have finished the Train heist quest and taken the Drones' side, Sarah will approach you under the moniker of Mysterious Lady at one of the Lower Underrail train station platforms in an attempt to recruit you into the resistance.
