Twitch is the master of surveillance at Oculus.
Background
He originally lived in Core City, doing small-jobs for people who later turned out to be Oculites. He needed money for his addiction but according to himself, he is off the stuff now. He was invited by Azif to join the organization for his exceptional perception.
