The Rathound family of creatures are the the most common enemies encountered early on in Underrail.

Rathounds are ugly, smelly, mangy, disease ridden dog-sized rats. You can find them anywhere and if you can't find them somewhere, know that they'll get there too eventually. Individually they are not so tough, but they usually move around in packs, sometimes hordes, They are very good pack hunters, so don't let them surround you.
