Lost Vault Trader
I can confirm that psionic mentor this trader has is randomized.
For example, in one save, trader inventory generated Electrokinetic Imprint, yet in another one it generated Thermodynamic Destabilization. Not sure if what is generated first time sticks forever, or can it be exploited to get different psionic mentors over time.
