Psionic Mentors
Psionic mentor location info is scattered on several pages. Some is directly on the articles, some on psi-skill pages and some here on this page. On this page, only confirmed traders are listed, not loot locations from the field. Player1 (talk) 17:17, 20 February 2016 (CST)
Lost Vault Trader
I can confirm that psionic mentor this trader has is randomized.
For example, in one save, trader inventory generated Electrokinetic Imprint, yet in another one it generated Thermodynamic Destabilization.

Psionic abilities castable through fences and gates
I've tested all the psionic abilities for castability thru fences and gates, except Bilocation - which I tested successfully as an AOE with Locus of Control (but with no human mobs).
