This item can be crafted with Blueprint: The Juice. Alternatively it can be crafted by Dude if you bring the raw materials and Ampules. Dude charges one extra Mushroom Brew per juice.

The Juice can be purchased from Dude if the player inquires about how much time it takes to pick all the ingredients. This will open a conversation with Dude in which the player can agree to find Dude a supplier for the ingredients required in making The Juice. If the player then talks to Quinton about supplying the ingredients to Dude and passes the subsequent skill check (Speech and Mercantile) and returns to Dude with the news then Dude will begin selling The Juice in batches of ~4.
