Blast Cloth is a bolt of cloth. If used on armor suit, it adds 15% to armor penalty.
It provides protection from explosions when used in armor pieces up to 75%. Multiple pieces stack multiplicatively. This damage reduction does not protect from any resulting shrapnel however.
