Hydro-Pneumatic Accumulators are plot items in Deep Caverns. One of these is necessary to repair the gate mechanism.
One accumulator is stored at Warehouse Block 2 Toxic Storage. Another can be salvaged from Mutagen Tanks A gate mechanism.
