Naval Combat is a feat.

You can learn Naval Combat from Ladelman, after you reach the expedition camp, and receive your first assignment from Chief Briggs. You can also learn Naval Combat from Razor should you join the Grim Jetters. Also taught for a small fee by Lance at the Hathorian Hunter Camp east of the Camp Hathor docks.

Feat

	Naval Combat
Increases effective stability by 15% and maneuverability by 10% when piloting jet skis. Reduces action point cost of disembarking by 10. Also increases precision of mounted jet ski weapons for those unproficient with guns. This feat is acquired outside leveling.
