| Whenever you deal damage with your fire based psi abilities you have a chance to set the target on fire, dealing 100% of that damage again over 3 turns. Setting living targets on fire will put them in state of extreme panic. | |

- 0.1.11.0 - doubled the chance it will trigger, the exact chance is now shown for each individual psi ability, damage buff increased to 100% from 80%
