Infuses leathers with fibers.
Quality of the resulting infused leather depends on qualities of both the leather and fiber, but it is higher than their average; 0.55 x leather quality plus 0.75 x supersteel fiber quality. This formula is also subject to diminishing returns once base quality goes over 100: every 15 points over the additional quality is modified by 0.8.
