Infuses leathers with fibers. Sold by Leonie in Foundry after completing Kill the Beast and talking to Bernard about super steel.
Quality of the resulting infused leather depends on qualities of both the leather and fiber, but it is higher than their average; half of leather quality plus two thirds of supersteel fiber quality.
Each type of infused leather has special properties for each crafting blueprint it can be used with; check the individual infused leather articles for lists of those properties.
