Lieutenant General Korn is a high ranking commander of the Underrail Protectorate and a member of the High Command. It was he who selected the Chemical Assault Unit to put an end to the increasing Free Drone threat in South Underrail, after the local leadership's efforts were deemed ineffective at handling the situation.
