Sharpshooter is a feat. The bonus provided by this feat only applies while focused.
Note that Bowyer gives your crafted crossbows 35% critical damage bonus all the time.

- 0.2.0.1 - damage changed to 30% (down from 50%)
- 0.1.14.0 - skill requirement increased from 45 to 60
