James Steiner is the guy who gave the package containing the Faceless artifact to Terry and Lora Baker. Based on Lora's description he is an ordinary light-skinned person with black hair, average height and brown eyes, with nothing unusual about his appearance. His home is said to be somewhere in Core City's residential area, near the fence overlooking Drop Zone.

James Steiner is a member of the secret organization Oculus. He was given the artifact by the unnamed oculite tasked with stealing it from the Faceless. His job was simply to get the artifact to the unsuspecting Bakers, who were then supposed to deliver it to Hadrian Tanner, the client who enlisted the services of Oculus for carrying out the theft. |
