Daniel Arda is a one-eyed traveling merchant, who has recently become the manufacturer and sole source of the performance-enhancing combat drug known as Hercules. If you accept Xander's quest to investigate him, you can find him in Core City, near the Hardcore City Bar. He is friendly and enjoys talking about himself in great detail, however he has a reputation of being a habitual liar.

Random events
- Arda's Gangsters: Daniel will seek revenge on the player after his drug business is busted. He will attack the player in a random secluded location with his gang of Scum Hunter, Three-Legs, Crazy Eyes and Rotten Tooth. Notably, they all carry a dose of the Hercules drug.
