Estelle's pharmacy can be accessed from a forbidden (red) door in the North-East corner, watched over by a nearby Foundry sniper. She can be engaged in dialogue and trade through the central dividing wall.
Additionally there is an almost hidden door in one of the South West corners, obscured by another corner of the building.
