Lieutenant Stratford is the quartermaster of Praetorian Security in Core City.
Player interactions
If you choose to work for Praetorian Security, you will be working for him before you get to meet the Praetorian Security oligarch Archibald Knight. Later on, he will also offer trading.
Quests
- Kill Joe De Pacino: Find and kill a mercenary leader.
- Sewers generator: Repair a broken generator in the sewers.
- Warehouse: Eliminate unknown attackers who have raided Coretech's warehouse.
